Tracking deliverables and statuses

Understanding Missing, Received, Needs update, and Verified — and how proof moves through the ledger.

Deliverable statuses

  • Missing — no proof yet. If the deliverable is required, it shows in the attention list.
  • Received — proof has been uploaded. You've seen it but haven't verified it.
  • Needs update — you've reviewed it and want a fix. The organizer sees your note.
  • Verified — you've confirmed the proof is good. This is what 'proven' means in the export.

Disputing a deliverable

Open any deliverable and click Request update. Write a note explaining what's wrong (e.g. 'This is the day-2 push — send the day-1 notification we paid for'). The organizer sees the note on their next visit, and the deliverable is flagged as needing an update.

TipDraftpile Assist (Pro) can flag a likely problem before you even open it — a screenshot that may not match the promised deliverable, or analytics below what you paid for.

Verifying

When the proof is good, mark the deliverable Verified. It counts toward your 'proven' score and drops off the attention list. You can re-open it any time while the room is active.

Version history

Every time the organizer replaces proof, the previous version is kept. View the version history for any deliverable to see all uploads and when they happened. The proof pack includes the current version; previous versions are kept if you export with history enabled.
