Billing and cancellation

How billing works, how to manage your subscription, and how to cancel.

How billing works

Pro is billed monthly via Polar (our payment processor). Your card is charged on the same day each month. You'll receive an email receipt after each payment.

Managing your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing & plan → Manage billing to update your card, view invoices, or change your plan. This opens your Polar billing portal directly.

Cancelling

Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your workspace reverts to Free — rooms, contributors, and export data are all kept, but you'll be limited to 3 active rooms.

NoteCancelling doesn't delete your data. All your rooms, contributors, and uploaded materials remain intact.
