Billing and cancellation
How billing works, how to manage your subscription, and how to cancel.
How billing works
Pro is billed monthly or annually via Polar (our payment processor). Your card is charged on the same day each period, and you'll get an email receipt. The price you join at is your founding price, locked for life.
Managing your subscription
Go to Settings → Billing & plan → Manage billing to update your card, view invoices, or change your plan. This opens your Polar billing portal directly.
Cancelling
Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current period. After that, your workspace reverts to Free — rooms, contacts, and proof are all kept, but you're limited to 2 active sponsorships.
NoteCancelling doesn't delete your data. All your rooms, contacts, and uploaded proof remain intact.
