Supported proof file types and limits
What file types Draftpile accepts for proof and the upload size limit.
Accepted formats
- Images: JPEG, PNG, SVG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF — screenshots and photos.
- Documents: PDF — reports, the deck, in-app PDFs.
- Presentations: PPTX (PowerPoint).
- Any of these works for any file-type deliverable.
Size limit
Each file can be up to 25 MB on the Free plan. If a file is too large, the uploader sees an error at upload time.
NoteHEIC files (common on iPhones) are accepted and keep their original format. If your compliance team can't open HEIC, ask the organizer to export as JPEG before uploading.
