Supported file types and limits
What file types Draftpile accepts and the upload size limit.
Accepted formats
- Images: JPEG, PNG, SVG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF
- Documents: PDF
- Presentations: PPTX (PowerPoint)
- The contributor can upload any of these for any File-type item.
Size limit
Each file can be up to 25 MB on the Free plan. If a file is too large, the contributor sees an error at upload time.
NoteHEIC files (common on iPhones) are accepted. They keep their original format — Draftpile renames them but doesn't convert them. If your designer can't open HEIC, ask the contributor to export as JPEG before uploading.
