These terms cover your use of Draftpile, the deliverables ledger for sponsors. By creating a room you agree to them.
You may use Draftpile to track sponsorship deliverables and to invite your event organizer to upload proof of them. You’re responsible for the content you store and for having the right to request it.
Don’t use Draftpile unlawfully, or to distribute malware, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights.
You’re responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping your organizer links reasonable. Organizer links are private but unauthenticated — treat them like any shareable URL.
Free includes a limited number of active sponsorships. Pro is billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Enterprise is an annual contract. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
You and your organizer keep ownership of the proof you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it so the service works.
We don’t claim ownership of your files and we don’t sell them.
We aim to keep Draftpile available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent the law allows.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll note it here and update the date above.
