Terms of Service

last updated May 2026

These terms cover your use of Draftpile, a tool for collecting materials from invited contributors. By creating a room you agree to them.

01Using Draftpile

You may use Draftpile to request and collect materials from people you invite. You’re responsible for the content you collect and for having the right to request it.

Don’t use Draftpile to collect material unlawfully, or to distribute malware, spam, or content that infringes others’ rights.

02Your account & rooms

You’re responsible for activity in your workspace and for keeping invite links reasonable. Contributor links are private but unauthenticated — treat them like any shareable URL.

03Plans & billing

Free includes a limited number of active rooms. Pro is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Prices are shown on the pricing page.

04Content & ownership

You and your contributors keep ownership of the materials you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process them so the service works.

We don’t claim ownership of your files and we don’t sell them.

05Availability

We aim to keep Draftpile available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent the law allows.

06Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll note it here and update the date above.
