What counts as an “active” sponsorship?
Any event you’re still collecting proof for. Once it’s done, archive it and it stops counting toward your limit — the slot frees up immediately, and the proof pack stays accessible forever.
What happens when I hit the cap?
Free keeps 2 active sponsorships, Pro keeps 15. Archive a finished event to start another, or upgrade for more. Nothing is ever deleted — the cap only limits how many events are open at once.
Does my organizer pay or need an account?
Never. The organizer uploads proof from one email-gated link — no account, no password, no fee. You only ever pay for yourself.
Is the founding price really locked for life?
Yes. The Pro price rises as we grow ($75 → $149 → $249), but whatever you join at is yours for as long as you stay subscribed. Sign early and you keep the launch price forever.
