What your organizer sees

A walk-through of the organizer's upload experience — from the link to submitting proof.

The link

Your organizer gets a link branded as you (on Pro) so it reads as an official request. It's unique to them and doesn't work for anyone else.

The email gate

When they open the link, they confirm the email you invited. That's the only authentication step — no password, no account, no portal to learn. They see the deliverables and what proof each one needs.

NoteIf a contact types the wrong email, they'll see a 'not found' message. Make sure the address matches exactly what you used when adding them.

Uploading proof

The page is organized by deliverable, not by person. Each one has a clear upload — a screenshot, a photo, the deck. They can upload one at a time or bulk-drop, and everything saves automatically; they can close the tab and return later.

When you dispute something

If a deliverable needs an update, the contact sees a note explaining what's wrong. They upload a new version — the previous one is kept as version history so you can compare.

After uploading

They see a confirmation of what they've provided, and can return to the link any time to add or replace proof until the room is locked.
