Draftpile Assist

Draftpile Assist is the AI layer built into your room dashboard. It doesn't do anything automatically — every suggestion it makes requires your approval before it goes anywhere. You're always in control of what gets sent or saved.

Image quality checks

When a contributor uploads a headshot or photo, Assist analyses it for common issues — low resolution, soft focus, not a face, strong background. If it finds a problem, it flags the item in amber with a plain-English note. You decide whether to request an update.

Reminder drafts

For contributors who haven't submitted yet, Assist can draft a personalised reminder email. It uses only the real data from your room — their name, what's missing, the due date, and their private link. You edit it before it sends.

Bio cleanup

Paste in a bio and choose a mode — shorten to 100 words, convert to third person, fix grammar, or make it more professional. Assist rewrites it without inventing new facts. You approve the result before it replaces anything.

Room summaries

Generate a one-paragraph update on your room's status — useful for sending to your team or a client. Covers completion percentages, outstanding items, and anything flagged as needing attention.
