For your online placements — the logo on the site, the sponsors page, the agenda listing — Assist checks the live page for you, captures a timestamped screenshot, and re-checks on a schedule. If a placement goes down, you'll see it on the ledger as 'down'.

Warnings & insights

Assist flags risk before it becomes a dispute — a screenshot that may not match the promised deliverable, analytics below what you paid for, or a placement that's no longer live. You decide what to do.

Smart reminders

For deliverables still missing, Assist can phrase and time a reminder to your organizer — using only your real room data. You approve it before it sends.
