Exporting a proof pack
How the proof pack works, what's in the ZIP, and how files are named.
When you're ready to defend the spend, click Export proof pack from the room. Draftpile bundles everything into a clean, branded pack — every deliverable and its proof, timestamped and grouped by category — ready to forward to your boss, finance, or compliance.
What's in the pack
- One folder per deliverable, grouped by category.
- Files named from the deliverable and status (e.g. Push_Notification_Verified.png).
- A summary PDF — 'Delivered X of Y', the event date, statuses, and any outstanding deliverables.
- A status CSV, plus the Draftpile Assist manifest and screenshots for any auto-checked web placements.
The summary PDF
The one-page receipt shows the sponsorship, how many deliverables are verified vs received vs missing, the proof source (your organizer), and what's still outstanding. It's the forward-to-your-boss artifact the manual PowerPoint was faking.
The status CSV & Assist manifest
The CSV has one row per deliverable — category, proof method, status, filename. Where Draftpile Assist checked a live web placement, the pack also includes its status, the URL, the timestamp, and the captured screenshot.
